Registration, Protocol & Guest Services
- Support the reception and coordination of special guests, speakers, dignitaries, and VIP attendees.
- Assist with attendee check-ins, accreditation processes, and information management.
- Provide information, directions, and support services to attendees and guests.
Ushers & Crowd Control
Help maintain order, guide participants, and ensure smooth movement within the venue.
Media & Content Creation
Capture moments, create engaging content, support social media coverage, photography, videography, and live event updates.
Operations Support
Assist with setup, coordination of materials, movement of resources, and general operational support.
Support stage management, speaker coordination, scheduling, and programme flow.
Work directly with exhibitors and vendors to ensure they have the support needed throughout the festival.
Collaborate with security teams to help maintain a safe and organized environment.
Medical Support
Provide first-aid and basic medical assistance where required. Applicants with medical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
